Shipping

Please allow 3-4 business days, for processing and shipping, to receive your package. We ship using USPS Priority Mail service.

Lil Kids Stuff processes and ships Monday through Saturday, except on holidays. If a holiday occurs on one of our shipping days, we will ship packages the following business day.

Return and Exchange Policy

Lil Kids Stuff will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase based on the following guidelines:

1. Item(s) that are unwashed, unworn, with original sales tag attached can be returned for a full refund in the original form of payment.
2. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. 
3. No returns/exchanges will be accepted after 30 days
4. Clearance items marked down 40% or more are final and cannot be returned unless defective.
5. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    

Final Sale

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless the item is found to be defective. Defective items are subject to a 21 day exchange only policy. We will replace your defective merchandise with the same item or a comparable replacement.

How To Return

To initiate a return please log in to your account and choose the RETURN ITEM(S) option under your "Completed Orders". You can also email us at customerservrice@lilkidsstuff.com to obtain a return authorization if you do not have an account with us. The customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred when sending the item(s) back to Lil Kids Stuff unless the item is defective or a direct result of a shipping error.

Please allow 10-14 days for the processing of your return.
